Works in Edge but not Chrome. By work I mean I can 1. see it and 2. use it. If I have a question on the Chrome page, I have to use the Submit Feedback link.

Jack thanks for this. Do you know what version of Chrome you're on? Are you on Mac or PC? (Chrome version: chrome://settings/help >> About Chrome) I use Chrome primarily and it works on my end (Screenshot) so just love to debug why it's giving you issues.
